Carter Mason and the rest of the cast of The Eight: Reindeer Monologues emerged victorious at the OC Weekly Awards taking the "Best Ensemble" award.
Carter would like to thank all the wonderful people at the Chance Theater for giving him the opportunity to reprise his role as "Comet" for last winter's award-winning production.

Best Ensemble and Best Production: The Eight: Reindeer Monologues
Carter played "Comet" in the Chance Theater's recent production of The Eight: Reindeer Monologues. Tuesday, March 2, 2006, The OC Weekly Awards were announced, and the production garnered nominations for Best Ensemble and Best Production. This is the second year in a row an ensemble cast with Carter Mason has been nominated for an OC Weekly Award. Last year's production of The Eight featured different staging and a slightly different cast, and was also nominated for Best Ensemble.
History Channel Special on Mount Vesuvius
Carter will be playing "Pliny the Younger" on a History Channel special on Pompeii and the Mount Vesuvius eruption of 79 C.E. Airdates to be announced.
Untold Stories of the ER
Carter had a guest starring role in the new TLC series Untold Stories of the ER. The series begins airing April 4th and Carter's episode will most likely air in late April or early May. Check back here for updates on air times.

The Eight: Reindeer Monologues
Carter once again graced the stage of the Chance Theater in Anaheim Hills for their holiday production of The Eight: Reindeer Monologues. The play is a farcical tale of the chaos that ensues when Santa Claus is accused of sexual misconduct with a reindeer. Carter played the role of "Comet" for this run.
On the Line
With his new production company, Shifter Films, Carter will be directing his first film, On the Line. The comedy features a woman at the top of her friend's cell phone lists. When those she knows forget to lock their keypads, interesting conversations are overheard by our leading lady...
